Bill,

after all that undue stir and inappropriate fun, that our attempts provoked to establish your BNS system in a system test, I suggest, that you devote half an hour in NJ to explain your system to me completely. I think if even our beloved Brookelise is totally confused, we should seek simplicity and clarity again. I think that the effort to reconstruct your system, with all its refinements from your many dispersed posts would take several days. I would undertake it but only when it is otherwise impossible.
