siliconstrategies.com NeoMagic Corp., Santa Clara, Calif., today reported net sales for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2002 of $34,000, compared to net sales of $1.1 million for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2001.
Net loss for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2002 was $7.9 million, or a loss of 29 cents per share, compared to a net loss of $4.4 million, or a loss of 17 cents per share in the fourth quarter offiscal 2001.
The total pro-forma operating expenses for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2002, which exclude amortization of deferred compensation, acquisition related amortization, and write-off of in-process research and development, were $6.9 million, comprised of $5 million in research and development and $1.9 million in selling, general, and administrative expenses.
Net sales for the fiscal year ended January 31, 2002 were $385,000 compared to $75.8 million of net sales reported in fiscal 2001. Net loss for fiscal 2002 was $29 million or a loss of $1.10 per share, compared to a net loss of $8.4 million, or a loss of 33 cents per share in fiscal 2001. |
