Re : Leap saying "In 2004, we may ..." My theory is : some lawyer recommended that if Leap always tends to say :

"Well, golly gee whiz, we may ... "

Then, Leap should have pretty much all avenues covered (with regard to some frivolous, @$$#*!% class action shareholder lawsuit).

Yes, they may again have to look at adjusting financial covenants or refinancing our vendor facilities.

Or, they may not need to at all ...
