I have a few flaws? I've got plenty, but I think you are referring to Clinton.

He was nearly as subordinate to the intel community as other administrations, dependent on their appraisals and DOD for recommendations to action. Its to his credit he denied that joker Tenet any private meetings, and let him jaw away at NSC meetings instead. As soon as you let these jokers get the upper hand, crap starts happening. Its to Bush's discredit that he and his Pop are beholden to them up to their eyeballs, and will protect them in ways other administrations wouldn't have, no doubt in a quid-pro-quo.

I don't defend Clinton, didn't vote for him, got disgusted by the media play of his private problems. The only good thing you can say is there wasn't a war or recession on his watch. You have to look to previous or succeeding administrations for those.
