Kerry, I'll give you the straight dope. You're asking some really hard questions here that require straight answers. Flying one of these studies past the AMA board is just like riding a bicycle — it's just a lot harder getting the cards through the spokes. Finding male volunteers who would actually drink quantities of pineapple juice in excess of two quarts per day, given the incentive, would be difficult. Our scientific research board, however, is committed to finding truly dedicated medical subjects who would respond to such motivation.
