"Final" Take on Settlement: Appealed (by RAD). The all-cash idea was given by someone not directly connected to this, and didn't have correct info. It'll take between 1 and 1.5 years for this matter to be resolved (reiterating #reply-17016452 dated Feb 5). If you need more details, please use pm. I don't plan to further update/correct.
