Cody, if the #'s you're using are true, then AOL is cash flow positive for the difference:

- i.e., if AOL pays $7 bill & borrows $7 bill; that's bad. But if they only have to borrow $5 bill; that's good

"$6.75 Billion to purchase AOL-Europe from Bertlesman within 3-4 months means drawing on lines of credit to the tune of $5-6 Billion ... Where is the "free" cash flow ?"
