About the "failed value chain": Ilmarinen, everyday we read about all these vendors from plastics, chips, displays, batteries, softwares to antennas and manufacturing outsourcing that are supposedly a very good indicator of the health of Nokia becuase they deliver their stuff to them. I didn't know Nokia did it all by itself!!!!

Maybe what Dr No is really saying is that the problem is that QCOM is not one of those vendors? But hey, they will make a buck or two from Nokia, like everyone else
