Andrew: It does not seem reasonable--the conspiracy theory that the stock price is being driven down so that the company can be acquired in bankruptcy. LEAP's market cap is now nominal.

Who ever drove the price down did not want to purchase the company in Bankruptcy. There is too much cash for this to come about. They simply establish a large short position at let's say $18. Let's say a couple of million shares! They target company's who have small floats and low trading voulumes! And they begin a systematic day after day trading pattern attacking the stock when the market first opens with large market sell orders! There were days when LWIN would have two or three trades in a 4 minute period which encompassed 15% of the normal trading volume. All at market! The stock would plummet! Day after day! Some are easier to manipulate than others!

Watch PCSA and WWCA.

finance.yahoo.com

Both of these will end up below $5! It has nothing to do with the Market Cap! Just get it below $5 to cover on the "wash out". They don't want to buy the company.. The aim is destroy it! At least from an equity stand point!

Watch LWIN.. A rally underway! There is no way that this stock will close above $5, IMO.

The only way to solve this, is to rebuy you equity off of the market! IMO.

Why isn't Harvey White reiterating guidance?
Has guidance changed in a week?
