I totally agree with you guys, as long as the demand for PCs continues
there will always be a place for companies like SYSF. What SYSF must
do is evolve with the technology movement. They need to be able to offer remote diagnostic features from their support sites on the WEB to their customers via the Internet. What I mean a customer calls SYSF and asks for system trouble help, SYSF support staff should be able to remotely connect to customer's PC and diagnose and also repair most problems. Corporate customers would be the biggest users of such service. Harry homeowner will use it only under worst case scenarios, but having this service would greatly enhance the marketability of products like SysWizard. The Co's that master this market niche will undoubtly make a financial killing in this ever changing market. In the short term I don't expect the stock to regain respectable level, but in the long term could be a strong performer.
