Stan, is RAX on the block?

RAX got hammered this morning to 16.30, issued guidance. <g>

A small clip from their guidance this morning:

In order to continue to achieve these strategic priorities, the board of
directors has established a committee composed three independent directors
to oversee this process. The mandate of this committee will be the
continued creation of shareholder value in what are clearly changing times
in the North American natural gas industry.
