Zeev, been looking into NEWP and wondering if you could provide a few more details about why it is so attractive to you (at a lower price of course). They seem to have a bundle of cash, little debt, etc. I'm just wondering where you see the future growth as opposed to other companies in their space. Optical fiber has the kiss of death on it these days and it may take some time before any of these outfits recover.
