NATS info - WestAmerica Corp. (WACC) is liquidating (cash problems). NATS bought their brokerage division for $443K cash. The division was on WACC books at $772K, earned $70K in '96. Only a small addition, but gives them offices and brokers (30) in Scottsdale, Arizona that they can build on.
