I have no idea why it's so hard to get my point across. Maybe I was not clear so I will try again. The point is that Iran/Iraq/North Korea don't make an "Axis of Evil" no matter how bad each of them are individually. It's a misuse of the term "axis" and it made/makes Dubya look like he doesn't understand the meaning of the word.

I don't dispute the fact that North Korea is dangerous/evil/whatever.

Not the first time that a President has said something stupid in a speech, e.g, Kennedy's famous "Ich bin ein Berliner" means "I am a pastry" in German.-g- But everyone understood what he was talking about.

Presidents are not usually held by the general public to the same standard that pundits hold each other.
