For canadians investors of JDSU..

Is there any real difference between JDSU and JDU.TO ?? because if one looks at foreign exchange rate, it seems JDU.TO is trading at huge premium..

If there is not, then why wouldn't one short JDU.TO and go long JDSU..

Any opinions..
