MrB, I'm still confused as to what you mean by an aggregrate chart. I'm familiar with composite charts, but is an aggregate chart the same thing? Are the various index charts (Dow and S & P 500, for example), industry and sector charts (computers and utilities, for example) what you would call aggregate charts?

My impression is that you are using aggregate and composite as synonymous terms. I didn't know if the term aggregate might have some special meaning to economists, as opposed to composite. Just wanted to clarify the terminology so we're talking the same thing. I'd appreciate your opinion. Thanks.
