Exactly- I have been of the opinion that tech would underperform cyclicals for a long time. So far it's been a correct assumption. They are starting to become more attractive however..

And telecoms- are they really all gonna go broke? Hell- I can't even get a phone line hooked up at my new place for a couple of weeks, because all the lines on the street were filled up while the house was empty. Is that the sign of an industry going under?

It's not like we live in high growth area either. There is still a ton of money to be made in telecom. You just have to find the companies that will survive the overinvestment of the bubble era..
