Sam Wacksal reported giving $500,000 back to Imcl, the money was earned with some obscure break of insider trading rules, kind of inadvertent mishap. The shares were small percentage of the 20% of his shares put to satisfy the BMY tender offer.

Check yhoo imcl post 68523 for link.

Under securities laws the insider trade money must go to the company coffers. Lots of money could go back to the company if more mishaps like this exist, coming from the company side or the "alleged leak" conspiration side.

A way for Bmy to get some of its money back?
