Dan Niles, with a good call on DELL last week, appeared on CNBC this afternoon, arguing that INTC is a bad investment. While Joe Osha liked INTC.

The cocky Niles said he rather make momey with a stock, rather than lose "less" money like Osha would with INTC going forward.

Maria B. of CNBC does not have the guts to question Niles, after his cocky comment, how he could say that when Niles recommended IBM at over $120, and IBM is now under $98.
