For a company with a near monopoly on some important parts of the high tech market, 2 x book looks good, at least that was the way it looked after it hit 10 in September 2001.

It may be a "buy and hold" for a while, but I'm willing to wait for a turnaround (even a couple of years). If it goes down further, I'll buy more. It's too cheap to resist at this point.
