I was thinking I did not need to do a logarithmic axis because the numbers are not cumulative. Stock prices are cumulative, so I can understand using a log axis there.

Excel mystifies me. I entered all the data as 12/31 whatever. No idea why it calls it all January. And the first year is definitely 1902.
