Zeev I dont subscribe to his service but do pick up bits and pieces.. His CLX work is uncanny especially when the DMA reaches a plus or minus 15 it turns 18 out of the last 20 times which is a pretty good track record.. The Excel SS I have goes back to 99.I am tyring to upload it to a site called Suite 101.com where everyone can view it.... Perhaps with your interest when I post it in the future this threads participants will take it with a grain of salt..<ggg> He just posted the info on how to calculate the RSI based on 65 minutes intervals. It gave a buy signal (turned over 50) between the 1:55 reading and the 3 P.M. reading yesterday.. As far as translating I am also English challenged having been born in Brooklyn..LOL.. But as I pick up bits and pieces I will share them... He said something about a New Bull MArket started 9/21.. Hope that answers your question.
