The statement that the agreement "covers the patent" doesn't mean GTSM or anybody owns it. I've been a corporate lawyer since 1982, including years at Wall Street firms. You think you know better: good luck to you.

And that the carousel may have the purpose of generating electricity and windmills may have the purpose of generating electricity doesn't mean that magpower isn't being deceptive by putting pictures of windmills on its website. Other things generate electricity: uranium power plants, and shoes on a carpet: should the website have pictures of those too if there's no intention to build any of those things?

Pictures to enhance a company's image and convey facts about it are -- legally -- representations. As Magpower uses pictures of windmills and other things that it doesn't own and it has no relationship with are evidence of a scam.

Or rather, son of a scam, as to which GTSM is still the parent.
