Re: The US isn't going to get involved in military action unless a US interest is at stake. That's the only true statement in your post. BTW, Clinton committed $1.4 Billion to the Columbian suppression of its indigenous freedom fighters before he left office. I know it's not "much" but it sure as heck is "interest".
