Once again, I am not arguing as to whom if anybody owns the patent even though it is likely that Galtech does. My point is that the Mag/Galtech agreement covers the patent and consequently Magpower recognizes that Galtech owns the patent. Whether or not the Mag lawyer is knowledgeable or has practiced law for very long, I can not answer, although I assume that he must have a good understanding of corporate law.

There is absolutely no place in the Mag site literature that says a single word about windmills. It is all about energy conservation. It is your preroggative to believe that the company is a scam. However, to indicate that a picture of a windmill is part of a grand scam is ludicrous when in reality it is used merely to conjure up an image of energy conservation while dressing up the site in general.
