What version of ArcServe are they on now? I had some stubborn customers who insisted on using it for financial reasons. A very poor product IMO. Especially the Exchange agent. It comes across a badly formed message in a mailbox and it hangs. Doesn't even log an error. The fix was to run a competitor's product against the database and that would log the mailbox, folder and item causing the problem which could then be deleted. Other problems as well, like service startup errors during unattended installs. Haven't used it for about a year so maybe it is better now?
