It'll spread, it won't reach every nook and cranny. There will be Libyas and Iraqs, Cubas and North Koreas and Sudans. I don't know perhaps just top justify the 300+ billion defense budget of the US and fat cat job.
Every country has pockets of populations that provides an attractive market. Even the very poorest ones have a mobile network to cover the capital the reach suburb and the corridor to the airport.

Want it or not the EU will encompass former communist countries. Wealth will spread into there. Want it not, no matter how many years is going to take, NAFTA is going to prod south Mexicanizing those banana republics here.

It is unstoppable. Why? Overcapacity in every industry. Q when need of a market hasd to bail out a company here and there. Any consumer counts.
