There are no cowboys in Brazil. Only technicians and cattle breeders. Brazilians raise the grass cattle in Mato Grosso. Best beef in the world since the animal doesn't eat grain. Result of years and years of breeding the Hindu zebu -resitant to deseases in this hot areas here- and the weight gain of the European cattle. You can buy 120 of the most expensive BMW for the price of one of these bulls that will reproduce those animals. No one raises cattle in the Amazonian region.
