And, oh, BTW, Central Oregon grows alfalfa so prolifically that it can't be all used locally. Not many beeves, not many Betsies and Daisies in dairy round these parts. So we truck the alfalfa 300 miles to Bandon, and then ship back the cheese and butter. The joys of cheap diesel. Who would have thought it would cost us a couple of towers in NYC to run even this regional a racket.... talk about overhead. Oy vey!***
