<Best beef in the world since the animal doesn't eat grain. Result of years and years of breeding the Hindu zebu -resitant to deseases in this hot areas here- and the weight gain of the European cattle>

When living in Antwerp, we more or less gave up eating meat because it was revolting. But once, visiting some people who had Argentina contacts somehow [diplomats or something] we had Argentinian beef and it was delicious.

It reminded me once again of the difference between real food and what life is like in the supermarket.

Increasingly, people know less and less what it is like to eat fresh wild fish, natural beef, free range eggs [where the hens eat green stuff they select, and lots of insects and things], fresh milk, fresh-picked vegetables and vine and tree-ripened fruit.

It's a sad life in the cities.
