Smart money 100% bullish traders-talk.com He left out Consensus Inc which has only 23% bulls. But then we have a split market similar to 2000. 20-day hilos is reflecting the barbell market. As soon as the "market" rallies a little bit, the SPX list of new highs gets excessive, The converse when the "market" sells off.
