frank, i took a hard look at the rig count for the last four or five years based on your links. i paid more attention to the us and canada than the other regions. you are quite correct that the rig counts are still high for as low as gas prices have gotten. just another reason why i am going to be from missouri on the osx rally for a little while longer. i still like to buy osx stocks when they are sort of giving them away on the downside, but i can't time that. i just put my bid in at Low prices, and many times i get them. the osx is also a great area to sell naked puts on (if you have a price you are happy to own the stock for anyway).
