Just happened to drop by here a minute ago and read this note.

I am LOL reading this... probably because I've felt this way plenty of times over the year.

I was going to say that, when you've got so much work done and there is so much at stake, it doesn't really make sense to rush and maybe mess up what you've done so far. When I feel myself "rushing" on an art project, I have learned to tell myself to sllllloooooowwww dowwwwnnn... because that's just the situation that causes me to knock over a bottle of india ink or have a pen drop a big BLOB on top of something that I've spent 30 hours on... or put just a leetle too much water on my brush and make paint start to flow out of control... or feel tired and do some kind of "wild" cut with a carving knife that takes out some important part of a woodcut printing block.... Too bad it takes a couple of decades to acquire that kind of wisdom, eh? (o:

Anyhow, sounds like things are going along great nonetheless.
