The investment in the stock will pay off only if another plan challenges in court and beats the far east investors and if they make a good offer, properly priced warrants or a a tasty fixed convertible come to mind, for the future investment. At some point, the undersea fiber will be utilized and the former GX could emerge from C-11 debt free. In any event, no decision yet but I might buy a couple of thousand shares for $160 and sit back and watch. Paul
