Well I think all these drugs should be discouraged but legalized under government supervision. That would make drug activity instantly dislikable to many kids. The revenue should be monitored carefully and awards, promotions given on how much they lose business rather then get it.

Kinda like Philip Morris. But with the Dividend paid in reverse. They could also benefit from such a scheme.

This seems so obvious to me, that I really do wonder why it hasn't been done.

At the moment the drug lords are winning hands down as far as I can see. They could be put out of business overnight, saving lots of money and effort.

We could then focus on real issues.
