I pick OCL.v for 35 cents. I bought it near .40 for their Yeman Oil Play but SE Asia sounds interesting and maybe some info will come out befor the date expressed in the NR as it is less than a week old. The INFO Packet on Oil in the Othr Project was most impressive anyway:

Oracle Energy has received an invitation from the Director General of the Myanma Oil and Gas Enterprise (MOGE) on behalf of the government of Myanmar, to conduct an on-site review of the development potential of oil and gas fields within the country. MOGE has given its consent to Oracle Energy to conduct a technical and economic review of the various opportunities available. Jim Webb, Oracle's vice-president of exploration, is expected to travel to Myanmar on behalf of Oracle during the next few weeks. Upon negotiation of any hydrocarbon opportunity Oracle will be obliged to pay a finder's fee to a third party.
Myanmar, with a total land area of 676,577 square kilometres (261,228 square miles), is the largest country on the mainland of Southeast Asia. The country stretches 2,090 kilometres (1,299 miles) from north to south and 925 kilometres (575 miles) from east to west at its widest points. The population of Myanmar, spread over seven states and seven divisions, was estimated at 42.33 million in 1992/1993. Myanmar is inhabited by many ethnic nationalities, of which 89.4 per cent are Buddhists.
The exploration, development, production and transportation of crude oil and natural gas in Myanmar are the responsibility of Myanma Oil and Gas Enterprise (MOGE). MOGE operates 14 oil and gas fields in onshore areas for the production of oil and gas. To promote development in the oil and gas sector, MOGE has signed 20 production sharing contracts with 14 multinational oil companies to explore and produce petroleum in several onshore and offshore areas of Myanmar since 1989. Currently offshore in Myanmar, Total/Unocal and Texaco/Premier/Nippon Oil are developing new hydrocarbon opportunities under production sharing contracts with MOGE.
