We found it. How to get all the gold out. New methods. Highly automated. continuous production. All it takes is 20 engineers and 40 million dollars. That is easy. So why take the gold out? Why not leave it where it is? Same reason you buy a Mercedez Benz. So your neighbour doesn't have one but you do.

Amazingly, some very old principles are best. I kept wondering why, with all the expensive ecomomies of scale necessary for low grade recovery, that an old miner could go to a certain tailings pond and make his daily wage with 1/3 of a 45 gallon drum and a shovel. He was making it on stuff the engineers would tell you that you could not make money on with 200 ton trucks and 80 million dollar plants. They had tried up where I lived. Erocon. Too many problems. Oxidization, grade, release size, weather, environment. It just didn't pay.

But bob kept working with his 1/3 45 gallon drum.

So, what is there to a billion dollars in profit that attracts me? How do I know I can do it where others failed?

How do I know?

Bob.

All we do is clone Bob. A Kitten has been cloned! Do you realize how complex Kittens are? Did you ever try to get one to roll over? Sit up? They are far too complex. When we can clone old Bob, we simply hire 5,000 of him to do what he does best. Humans aren't that complex.
