You've probably already tried a request to support, but if not, or even if you have, I'd try that.

StockCharts.com support has been great for me.
They do something that I wish every support department in every company would do. They answer honestly if the problem is a known problem at their end. That saves a lot of time and frustration.

Maybe you've found a previously undiscovered bug, but it sounds more like some sort of configuration problem. Hope it gets sorted out quickly.
