As competition drops off, growth should actually become easier - new clients will be looking for contracts with a survivor, not the latest CLEC startup on the corner.

At the same time, they are cutting it close with their move to positive cash flow compared to their cash on hand. I would rather see some capex cuts to improve their cushion while they ramp up revenues in established markets.

I have 2% of my port in ALGX as a spec play - I would not go higher based on the current numbers.
