A month ago or so there were TV ads for the Gov. of the Peoples Replubic of California, Great Doofus, bragging about "I've built more power plants in the last six weeks than blah blah blah blah". He was standing behind a podium with "Calpine" in big green block letters. Haven't seen that ad for a while, how long until Calpine goes to zero? Should be good ammo for his opposition, with or without fraud. What that article doesn't say is that electricity rates were raised retroactively last spring in the PRC. That is criminal! Can you imagine Shell oil sending a letter, we didn't charge you enough for your gas last month, here is your surcharge! - CG -
