And it's why establishing peace and democracy in the nation will require a heavy committment in peace keeping forces. Yep, that's where my thinking is right now, too, Hawk. The problem is one of time. Just how long it takes to get both the infrastructure in place and the consensual notions. A long one, I'm afraid. And the US public is not noted for its patience. John
