well actually, I wouldn't be shorting the home builders right now. I've heard some say the top was in in housing, but I'm not so sure. it sure doesnt seem to be out here at least. It's kind of like trying to pick the top in amzn on the way up.. seems silly to me to short one of the top performing sectors. isn't it easier to just short something that is going down already, seems almost everything else is LOL rok
