I would think that because most of the attackers of 911 were Saudi Arabian and much of the financing emanated from that country then it should be an evil axis candidate too. How about China with its "evil" repressive practices in Tibet and elsewhere. A lot of "evil doers" don't seem to be named because of political expediency. Why isn't the U.S. attacking "evil" cuba, seeing as they are so close to home.
