Please explain further the issues of crystallization and how Saudia Arabia and China are separate from the rest of the evil doers GWB is talking about. Saudi's bought the gun, loaded it and fired it on America, that's an "evil doer" in my books. Sorry for being juvenile, I fell on my head as a youth and it's been holding me back ever since.
