You have not just fallen off the turnip truck, but are familiar with both JC and me at this point, and I took some pains to note that a lot of nominal Christians were not fervently particularist. JC himself acknowledged your point about Saudi Arabia and made it clear he was thinking of something far less precise. If you want to object to the terminology, that is a different matter from extrapolating intentions that are pretty clearly not meant by the actual persons posting......
