Reports today say another poll/survey will be done in Boise this week.

A Carly sponsored poll.... I would not participate unless I had something good to say. What is the upside of being honest if the downside is you lose your job when they start to look for those "that think the way we do"?

I left HWP/Agilent in 1998 and have been Dollar Cost Selling to keep my position manageable... Carly made this easy with the recent stock price action. My father called and asked me what I thought about the whole proxy mess. I said I'd do as trained when an HP employee - vote against those that show a lack of teamwork. Carly is the project leader and this mess is in her lap.

Every time I get a proxy in the mail or read an expensive 2 page advertisement in the SJ Mercury News my blood boils. This is MY MONEY that could be invested in growth or paid to me as a dividend. I was for the deal at the start but the lack of leadership at the top makes me want Walter to win then we can get a 50% recovery in the stock price and I might just unload it unless they get a better leader.

When I led projects at HP, teamwork and leadership was high on the ranking list. If your team was all over the map and complaining to others about your decisions, it did not lead to high rankings. I think I have decided to rank Carly as HP trained me.

Does that make sense?
