Did you see the show? I guess my argument wasn't compelling that he did not make his case that the incident necessarily demonstrated liberal bias. I agree with the argument that appellate courts should be under the control of judicial conservatives and I don't attribute my opinion to liberal bias. So I don't see any reason to attribute Russert's to it, either, although it certainly could have been.
