The t-bond yield and the SP are positively correlated today on the intraday time scale. I believe this changes from time to time and does not follow a rigorous pattern. However, on longer time scale, the t-bond yield and SP are generally negatively correlated, because lower interest rates tend to favor a stronger stock market.

It's difficult to tell, but it looks like the stock market is driving the "indecisive" bond market today. I read news article about bond trading this morning that said something to that effect.
