Homebuilders->>Im wondering how much longer this can last.<< Amazing numbers out this am. Just when I thought they were ready...well you know the story. Interesting that the new mortgages for purchases numbers seem not to be in line with the growth we are seeing. I covered my shorts and will wait for a better time. Joe
