I had a second look at the news release. The last paragraph seems to clarify a lot. Gerry McConnell, president and chief executive officer of Etruscan, stated: "RMB has been a strong financial partner for Etruscan and AGMDC, and we are extremely pleased to see this settlement occur. Furthermore, Etruscan's abilities to advance its other initiatives in the gold sector of West Africa and expansion of commercial diamond production at Ventersdorp are now assured.
